Is online programming expensive?
Every person deserves access to knowledge that will help them lead a healthier quality of life. We offer a variety of programs for every individual. Our goal is to impact as many lives as we can through proper coaching to produce a long-term healthier YOU.
Will my plan or program be personalized?
YES! Depending on your goals and the membership that you subscribe to, our plans can be as personalized as you would like.
Can I add in-person training or Video training?
Yes. This amenity isn't included in the basic subscription; however, you will be able to purchase training whether in-person or through video chat with other subscriptions or as an add-on.
How will you check my progress?
The app will have the ability to upload weekly or monthly progress photos. You can schedule a weekly or monthly check-in depending on the plan you subscribe to. Members will also have the ability to chat with your coach via the app. Your coach will have access to all of the workouts you complete, the data from outside fitness apps or your tracking watch, and a log of your progress with nutrition.
How soon do I gain access once I subscribe?
You will immediately have access to your online portal once you register as a member/client. Depending on the subscription, you will continue to have access or you will need to renew monthly to maintain privilege.
